What can I expect when I receive my order?

"Now Playing" record holders will arrive fully made and ready for use.

Each "Bale" record drawer comes pre-built and contains: 1x record divider insert, 4x industrial felt drawer stoppers and installation instructions. 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, but only for the "Now Playing" record holders. These will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order. Delivery times are hard to predict due to the global pandemic but should arrive within 10 working days.

The Bale record drawers are currently only shipping to Australia due to their size. Contact us if you would like to arrange a custom order to your international location.

Do I need to install anything with the "The Bale" Record Drawers?

Yes, but it's only a couple of small strips of felt - no hammer, screws or allen keys required!. There are two felt strips that need to be attached to the inside of the Kallax bookshelf. These work in concert with the strips attached to the back of each draw and are designed to hold the drawer in place, preventing it from moving forward or going back too far. Refer to the instructions that are included with the box.

What are the Record Drawer inserts for?

The Record Divider Inserts are not essential for use, but they're useful and can be used in a variety of ways.

You can place them at the back of the drawer so that your recorders have a natural lean-to.

Place them at the front of your drawer to prevent a records from sliding forward. You can even interlock two inserts if you have a drawer with a small amount of records and then remove them as your collection grows and fills the drawer.

Placing them at the front and back can also reduce the weight of each drawer by limiting the amount of records.

How does the record draw slide?

Each drawer uses strips of "furniture felt" that enables the box to slide effortlessly back and forth. We use industrial strength furniture felt that is designed to last for many years and can handle 10x the record collection weight.

Depending on how your Ikea Kallax has been used and maintained, the friction in the drawer slide mechanism can feel lighter or heavier depending on the amount of records held in the drawer, and where in the Kallax the drawers are located. For example, drawers at the top can feel smoother while drawers at the bottom can feel heavier.

What is the refund policy?

We want your fnrblr purchase to be a joyful experience. If you're not satisfied with your drawers, you are able to apply for refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will come with a tracking link to show the delivery progress of your order. Due to the impact of COVID on global shipping, orders can take anywhere between 5-10 business days to arrive within Australia. International shipping times will vary. 

What does ‘Left with agent’ mean?

If our courier was unable to leave the order in a safe location or were unable to reach the delivery address, the driver will supply you with a "Left with agent" slip and instructions for picking up your order from a local service centre.
